Payment verification usually takes up to 5 minutes. If your slot still shows unconfirmed after 10 minutes, contact us on Discord in #support with your UTR number and we'll resolve it immediately.

Prizes are paid within 24 hours of official results. If 24 hours have passed, contact us with your COD username and tournament details. We will investigate and resolve within the same day.

Log into your account dashboard on the platform. There is an "Edit UPI ID" option in your profile section. You can update it at any time before your next prize payout.

Participation fees are non-refundable once payment is confirmed. If you miss a tournament due to a verified technical issue on our end, we will offer a free slot in the next equivalent event. See our Refund Policy for details.

Post in Discord #report-player with the player's username and a screen recording or screenshot of the suspicious behaviour. Our moderation team reviews all reports within 24 hours.

Paid skill-based esports tournaments are restricted in AP, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Odisha, and Assam under applicable state laws. We cannot accept participation fee payments from these states. We hope to offer free-to-play practice events for all states in the future.
