This Privacy Policy is published in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, and other applicable Indian laws. Please read it carefully before registering on WarzOne Cups.
1. Who We Are
WarzOne Cups ("we", "us", "our") is an online skill-based esports tournament platform for COD Mobile, operated by an individual publisher based in India. We host paid skill-based esports tournaments with organiser-funded prizes for registered players.
Contact: [email protected]
2. Geographic Restrictions
Our tournaments are organised as skill-based esports events. However, some Indian states restrict or prohibit participation in online games played for monetary prizes or fees, even when they are games of skill. We do not allow paid participation from residents of the following states:
- Andhra Pradesh
- Telangana
- Tamil Nadu
- Odisha
- Assam
This list may change if additional states impose similar restrictions. We reserve the right to block or cancel entries where participation would be unlawful. Free-to-play community events may be open more broadly, subject to our tournament rules and any local law changes.
By registering, you confirm you are not a resident of any restricted state and that you are 18 years or older.
3. Data We Collect
We collect only the data necessary to operate the platform (data minimisation principle):
- Name — for account identification
- Mobile phone number — stored encrypted; used for account uniqueness and communication
- Email address — for login, account recovery, and notices
- COD Mobile username — to identify players in match results
- UPI ID — stored encrypted; used solely for prize payouts
- State of residence — for regulatory geo-compliance
- Age confirmation — to verify you are 18 years or older
- Consent record — timestamped record of your agreement to these terms
- Transaction / UTR numbers — for payment verification

Terms & Tournament Rules
Last updated: 19 May 2026
1. Nature of the Platform
WarzOne Cups is a skill-based esports tournament platform for COD Mobile. It is not a gambling site, betting platform, or real-money gaming operator. Participation fees are service charges for tournament hosting, room management, result verification, and admin support. They are not stakes, bets, or contributions to a prize pool.
Prize budgets are pre-decided and fixed before each event and funded separately by the organiser/sponsor. Your participation fee is not pooled to form the prize money.
2. Eligibility
- You must be 18 years or older.
- You must be a resident of an Indian state where participation in paid skill-based esports tournaments is legally permitted.
- Residents of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Odisha, Assam, and any other state imposing similar restrictions are not eligible for paid tournaments.
- One account per person. Using multiple accounts is grounds for permanent ban.
3. Tournament Format
- Tournaments are COD Mobile Solo events with pre-announced formats, rules, and prize amounts.
- Players receive Room ID and Password via our Discord server 15 minutes before match start.
- Results are determined by in-game performance (kill count / placement) as verified by our moderation team.
- Only top 3 finishers are eligible for prizes. Prize amounts are fixed per entry tier and publicly announced before registration.
4. Payment & Booking
- Participation fees are paid via UPI before the match. Slots are confirmed only after admin verifies your UTR number.
- The participation fee covers tournament services only. It does not guarantee a prize.
- Organisers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an event due to technical failure, insufficient players, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Anti-Cheat & Fair Play
- Use of hacks, mods, emulators (where prohibited by the event format), or any cheating tool is strictly prohibited and results in immediate disqualification and permanent ban.
- We may request in-game screenshots or video proof before releasing prizes.
- Organisers' decisions on results and eligibility are final.
6. Dispute Resolution
Disputes must be raised within 24 hours of results being announced by emailing [email protected] with supporting evidence. Decisions made after investigation are final and binding.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 19 May 2026
Participation Fee — General Rule
Participation fees are non-refundable once your slot is confirmed and the Room ID has been issued, as tournament resources (room preparation, admin staffing) are committed at that point.
Exceptions — Refund Eligible
- Organiser cancellation: If we cancel a tournament event before it starts, you will receive a full refund or credit for a future slot.
- Technical failure before match start: If a verified technical failure on our side prevents the match from starting, you will receive a full refund.
- Admin non-verification within 10 minutes: If we fail to verify your UTR and confirm your slot within the stated window, your booking is cancelled and your fee is refunded.
- Duplicate payment: Verified accidental duplicate payments will be refunded in full.
How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] with your booking ID, UTR number, and reason. We will process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days to your registered UPI ID.
Prizes
Prize payouts from fixed prize budgets are processed within 24 hours after results are verified and final. Payments are made to your registered UPI ID. We may request additional verification (such as in-game proof or ID checks for high-value prizes) before releasing payouts to keep tournaments fair and compliant.
